My Journey
I just love teaching Pilates & Yoga. I am very passionate about teaching, I love to find new ways to move our bodies whether it be through poses, slow movement or dance the benefits are just amazing..

My practice combines the physical fluid movements using breathing techniques which helps us to move more freely,feeling the positive effects you gain from both Yoga & Pilates improving muscle strength throughout the entire body.

Come and join my Begginers Pilates online class or in the park (weather permitting) This is my back to Basic Beginners Pilates class learning all about breathing, alignment, posture and movement.Such a great way of staying active and keeping your body moving.
Pilates is a slow fluid and controlled movement exercise regime. The pilates techniques of lengthening and strengthening the whole body whilst concentrating on alignment and good posture. There are so many benefits you will gain from pilates like improving flexibility, Mobility, balance, posture and general health and wellbeing.
With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you do. Look forward to you joining me on your mats.🌞🌼

Join me for some refreshing morning yoga where we will be stretching and awakening the entire body. We will be mindful of how tight or tired the body feels in our morning practice allowing it to wake slowly. This is a beginners yoga so anyone can join. You will learn how to connect your breath with each slow movement as we transit to different positions listening to how the body feels being aware of its needs, taking it slow, learning one step at a time together on our yoga path...
